EEPROM error

What does it mean?

Fault while reading / writing the internal EEPROM.

Common causes

• Internal EEPROM fault — often after a sudden power loss or ageing EEPROM.

How to fix it

• Restore the parameter set (C0003 = 1)
• if it recurs, the drive needs a workshop inspection — send it to us.

After troubleshooting: de-energise the device completely (disconnect the 24 V supply and discharge the DC bus) before opening the covers.
