Palletising line back up in 4 days
An EVS9325-ES on a palletising line tripped with OC8 every time the motor was loaded. Remote diagnosis found a stored I²xt load (C0066) and a misconfigured OC8 response.
What we did
Component-level repair of the gate-driver PCB, recalibration of the I²xt monitoring (C0120/C0127), and full load testing with the 5.5 kW motor.
Outcome
The drive returned to production with a normal I²xt load margin. No repeated trips in the 4 months since commissioning.

False overheat caused by a dirty sensor path
An EVS9327 vector reported OH4 continuously despite a normal ambient temperature. Two other shops recommended replacing the unit.
What we did
Heatsink cleaning and thermal-paste renewal, temperature sensor verification, and an 8-hour continuous thermal test.
Outcome
The OH4 code disappeared permanently once normal cooling was restored. The client saved the cost of a new unit and swap downtime.

Exchange unit for a line declared obsolete
An EEr fault on an EVS9329 stopped a 1998 line. The manufacturer declared the unit no longer supported.
What we did
Same-day shipment of a tested refurbished EVS9329, parameter recovery from the old unit’s EEPROM, and remote installation guidance.
Outcome
Production never stopped. The old unit was repaired afterwards and kept by the client as a spare.

EVS9321-ES
Code: CE4
CAN BUS-OFF diagnosed remotely
CE4 (BUS-OFF) appeared intermittently on the CAN system bus of a packaging machine. The client sent photos of the wiring and bus configuration.
What we did
Remote analysis found a missing bus terminator and a cable length beyond the baud-rate limit. Terminators fitted and bus parameters reconfigured.
Outcome
BUS-OFF never appeared again. The fix was completed without shipping the unit — saving logistics cost and downtime.
