Motor temperature > C0121 (via T1/T2, PTC)

What does it mean?

Motor temperature detected via the T1 and T2 inputs (PTC/temperature contact) is too high.

Common causes

• No PTC/temperature contact connected, the value under C0121 is set too low, or the motor is thermally overloaded.

How to fix it

• Connect the PTC/temperature contact, check the wiring, enter a higher value in C0121
• if necessary, switch off the monitoring (C0584 = 3).

After troubleshooting: de-energise the device completely (disconnect the 24 V supply and discharge the DC bus) before opening the covers.
