Temperature
Heatsink temperature > +90 °C
What does it mean?
The heatsink temperature exceeds +90 °C.
Common causes
- Ambient temperature > +40 °C / +50 °C, very dirty heatsink, wrong mounting position, or the current limit is set too low.
How to fix it
- Clean the heatsink, improve the cabinet ventilation, check the ambient temperature, change the mounting position and raise the current limit (C0599).
After troubleshooting: de-energise the device completely (disconnect the 24 V supply and discharge the DC bus) before opening the covers.
