Temperature sensor error (heatsink / internal)

What does it mean?

The heatsink temperature sensor or the internal temperature sensor indicates undefined values.

Common causes

• The sensor for detecting the heatsink / internal temperature is defective or its wiring is faulty.

How to fix it

• Check the sensor wiring
• if necessary, switch off the monitoring (C0581 = 3)
• if it recurs, contact our service.

After troubleshooting: de-energise the device completely (disconnect the 24 V supply and discharge the DC bus) before opening the covers.
