Undervoltage in the DC bus

What does it mean?

The DC-bus voltage falls below the switch-off threshold set in C0173.

Common causes

• The DC-bus voltage is lower than the value set in C0173 — usually a faulty or dropping mains supply.

How to fix it

• Check the mains voltage, supply cable, motor and motor cable.

After troubleshooting: de-energise the device completely (disconnect the 24 V supply and discharge the DC bus) before opening the covers.
